Summer in a jar ↪°pink love n/2°↩ Keep your vegetable plate interesting w/ this 15min easy-peasy #pickle
Recipe ->heat up 200ml of vinegar (I use 50/50 plain and tarragon) with 2tbsp of unrefined cane sugar and 50ml water. Bring to a boil, let boil for 2min.
In the meantime wash and cut one bunch of radishes and put in a sterilised jar. Add 1 tbsp of pepper, 1 tbsp mustardseeds, 1 bay leaf.
Poor the hot liquid into the jar until it's completely full. Close and turn upside down, leave to cool in a cool spot for 12h to soak in the flavour. Keeps for 4 months
