So....here's the deal...
Mother's Day is in May. As mothers....and let's face it, as women....we honestly come down hard on ourselves. We often put ourselves last. We give and give....and often end up running on empty.
Not complaining. I love being a mom. Just sayin'...
SO....one of my coaches and I decided that we would like to focus our May fitness challenge on women. We would like to make it about more than just losing weight or inches. We would like to make it about fitness of SPIRIT too.
Sometimes we just need to be reminded to love ourselves too...and that it is ok to do that.
