// a few years ago I always used to say I would never be one of those people who ate a more 'savory' breakfast, but now I find it hard to choose anything over a delicious plate of protein and good fats for my first meal of the day.. still haven't quite got to the level of red meat for breakfast, not sure I'll get that far ๐๐๐.. it's definitely been challenging adapting to some changes since coming out of comp prep, but working closely with my beautiful and intelligent friend and naturopath @katiekalogirou_naturopath and my coach, I finally feel real hope in getting to the bottom of some of these imbalances that have affected my body for so many years! My own personal challenges gives me so much drive to share this journey with others so that I may be able to help them through similar things, I can't wait to bring some of that to life in the next few months ๐ซ //
Peak dam hammies/// I love Periodization Training ๐. It has demonstrated to be very superior when its compare with all others training styles for any specific sport or purpose.
I've been training like this for about half a decade and the results talks by itself. Advanced Training Programs really plays a huge role when you want to build muscle. It really goes hand to hand with the diet part. Also, Designing a program strategically to maximize your performance is not as easy as it sounds you really need to know HOW SHIT WORKS and HOW SOME SHIT DO NOT WORK.
If you really want to get to that "next level" STOP doing what you doing and seek for help. STOP spending your time on NEEDLESS exercises and use that energy for something else.
Remember "everything works" However, YES there's such thing as optimizing your result.
Sorry for rant ๐ but I feel that advanced "lifters" really overlook the training part a lot just wanted to throw this out there for anyone who's it's settle already with their current "GAINZ" ๐
